Today’s episode of Utah’s ridiculous housing market
3700 sq feet with 1600 available to finish in basement but not even framed.
.4 acres, no fence, no landscaping, ugly exterior
Nice 3-car garage and everything inside house is nice. Weird layout with only 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms upstairs.
They list for $1.28 million. Within 2 days of showings, they have 4 offers over $1.4 million with one of them over $1.5 million and 2 have an escalator (will beat any other offer by $10K).
I don’t know where it goes from here, but people seem almost desperate.
