Every episode is about the same ... A huge, ridiculous silly fight scene with impossible physics and inconsistent strengths and weaknesses.... followed by the rest of episode with brooding staring and stilted dialogue

ok, the shield is made of vibranium ... great ... the STRAPS on the shield are plain old leather but evidently they are also super strong when the plot needs them to be and weak when the plot needs that.

A normal soldier (Lamar / Battlestar) evidently can do anything a supersoldier can do most of the time, and can walk away from tons of falls and throwdowns .... except when the plot needs him to die and then all of a sudden he can't

BUT at least the fight scenes ... (inconsistent as the are) are better than the brooding staring when they are not fighting. ARGH ... they even make fun of it in the show saying does he do anything other than stare and the answer is "NO" .... fight stare fight stare fight stare, shake things up a bit by staring and then fighting....
