My grandparents saw Inception in theaters when it came out in 2010.
Not sure what prompted them 1) to go see a movie in theaters and 2) made them choose Inception.

The last movie they'd seen in theaters was probably something like The Sound of Music when it came out in 1965 and they were a young couple in their 30s.

The only movies they had at their house that I remember as a kid were other Rodgers and Hammerstein musicals and old cartoons like Casper the Friendly Ghost, Heckle and Jeckle, and Mighty Mouse (the 50s cartoons).

Don't recall ever seeing them watch anything other than the news and General Conference.

Anyway, they were not impressed with Inception. Said it made no sense and was such a bad movie. Did not recommend it.

Haha.

I like it. Saw Interstellar once and don't remember it, other than thinking it was weird.
