Yeah they are great. Pellet grills are good for starting out, but the food isn’t comparable with a WSM.

WSMs are great, especially for eh cost. Clean up can be a bit of a pain.

I paired my WSM with a BBQ Guru temp control. It has been working great for 10+ years.
