Part of the problem is that a lot of truck engines have governors now so they

are maxed out at 67 or whatever the most fuel efficient speed is for the vehicle. This means that they get next to each other and literally can't go any faster. They also are usually on a tight schedule so they have to keep to their max speed.

It always seems like I get stuck behind them on a long trip! It's very annoying.
