I’ve seen the Vegas line groundbreak date a half dozen times now, it never pans out. Some investors are hoping on catching some of the Biden infrastructure bill money, that explains the timing anyways. I bet they don’t have any intention of building it.

Railroad speculation is a 200 year old game in this country. It’s very lucrative. But railroad operation rarely is.
