Yup. Where animals are hunted, they fear and stay away from people. Where they
aren't hunted, the opposite happens. See cougar statistics for California, Washington, and Colorado versus everywhere else where they're hunted. Where they're not hunted they attack people. Where they are hunted, it practically NEVER happens. They KNOW.
