I have a new SSD connected via a usb adapter to my laptop but it's not

recognizing it. I have another connected to clone it to the new one. The new one just won't show up.

Ideas? Laptop is windows 10.

Its possible the disk isn't getting enough power from the laptop.

Finally got it by putting ssd in an external hard drive enclosure I had.
