Yep. We've used CHM for full family coverage and now for supplemental to pay all our guaranteed OOP max every year.
They've always paid but it takes them about 4 months to pay us in our experience.

Liberty Healthshare is a mess - took months to get paid from them. Switched to CHM and they've been great.
