I’ve never felt any benefit to icing sore muscles. If my muscles are sore I find the only thing that helps is to keep
moving, give it time, and strengthen them.

Of course I’ve always kind of enjoyed sore muscles. I know sore muscles are not required to increase strength after a workout but it is a reminder to me when they are sore after a workout that I’m continuing to work toward my own health
