No doubt. The managers and superiors all eat it up. A manager at my work filled

her day with arts and crafts game stuff, by far did the least amount of work of anybody in the office(1000 employees) and this was documented by actual numbers, she won presidents circle vacation and got promoted.

Funny thing is they forced her to be promoted but she actually didn't want it because she could get away with doing little to no work in her current role.
