His whole argument has NOTHING to do with Zach as much as the situation he is going in. Rogers went to one fo the most stable and patient organizations in a small market. ZW won't have that luxury.

Cowherd is saying he doesn't think ZW to NYJ is going to turn out well. Some of that he is pointing to ZWs record against good teams and mostly pointing out that NYJ is a miserable organization.

Some of you guys can't get over your preconceived biases to hear rational thought.
