CB lawyers: Does a mittimus identify where a person is to be incarcerated? Like

does it identify the actual prison where the convict is to serve his time? If not, how do I find that out?

Not in AZ everyone is taken to a central processing center and then classified

This is correct and is how most states handle prison intake.

Not in Missouri. They remand to the DoC, then are assigned. Most in our area go to a diagnostic center for six months
