But I’m really worried that he’s a lamb to the slaughter. Crap franchise. I feel like I’ve seen this story before. Great college player that won’t have the ability to have it translate to the next level. It’s a john beck situation going to a franchise where you just can’t win. It’s the jets!! They always suck. Always. And the one comparison he’s going to get is mark sanchez who took them all the way to afc championship. And guess what... that’s not going to happen. When did you recently see the jets play and told yourself that is the team that’s going to compete against the chiefs/patriots/bills/Steelers/colts/Broncos/ravens for a spot in the afc championship game?!


Even my wife was like Zach Wilson number 2 in the draft!!... isn’t he the guy who almost seemed like he might get benched and he kept getting injured? That seems like a big reach. She said that.

I love that he’s getting a real shot. But I just don’t see a universe where this works out. Seems like a classic get you up only to let you down BYU fan moment. Seems too good to be true. Reminds me of jimmer to the kings. Calm before the disappointing storm. I hope for one thing... but I expect another thing. I just know how this ends.
