Old home, way outdated. Hundreds of thousands in remodeling needed, with walls blown out, bathrooms redone, design, etc.

1) Anyone have any recommendations for people who design or perform this type of work
2) Anyone have any idea how if there is a long backlog on the type of work? Wait time to get started? Materials issues at the moment?
3) Any other tips from those who have done this type of thing before?
