No player is going to risk getting injured or having a drop-off in production by forgoing the NFL and returning to school unless they are uncertain they would get drafted high enough to stick to a team if they declared for the draft. It appears that's what happened this year with Utah. We can speculate on how many of Utah's starters will get drafted next year all we want, but until it happens, it's just that, speculation.
