PSA: For amazing white rice taste & speed w/brown rice health benefits, try this
Mix 3 parts Sushi (or your preferred white rice) rice with 1 part Quinoa and rinse until clear.

Cook with 1.5 parts water to 1 part rice and use regular rice cooking time.

We do this in the Instapot for about 3 minutes on high pressure and it's done.

This is for foodies that are health moderates out there that like to try and be healthy where they can without sacrificing the taste of their food.
