Mix 3 parts Sushi (or your preferred white rice) rice with 1 part Quinoa and rinse until clear.
Cook with 1.5 parts water to 1 part rice and use regular rice cooking time.
We do this in the Instapot for about 3 minutes on high pressure and it's done.
