When you think about the constraints back when UU was a non-BCS school out of the state of Utah, what Utah has accomplished in the defensive secondary (and even at RB) is impressive.
You can mock the QBs and maybe the WRs have been underachievers...but in terms of speed...Utah has overachieved very well.
