Play in games. It’s weird to me the 7/8 play for the 7 and the 9/10 play for the
8 spot. Basically punishes the 7/8 teams for being better than the 9/10 teams.
The 7 should play 10 and the 8 play 9 and whomever wins is seeded accordingly.
