of similar things happening I'm now of the opinion it was actually done with the rec director's full knowledge as a way to ensure that the city had one really good team that would do well at state and super state (which has actually happened). There was also some last minute juggling of players after the draft had taken place. Can't prove it, but I'm all but certain the fix was in.
