Had a 2015 GMC that had sooooo many issues within the first 60k miles.
AC went out,
Brake assist went out
Alternator had to be replaced
Driver side seat controls died
Trailer brakes went out.
And yes started shifting really weirdly before 40k miles.
Probably anecdotal but will stick to F 150 from now on.
I got an absolute steal when buying it so that's why I went with it rather than the Ford to begin with.

Might be a TSB on the 8-speed soon. The 6 and 10 seem solid but the 8 speed is seeing issues across the truck/suv lineup
