Like others have said, lots of training programs out there, I’d for sure hit up
Ordinary Tri Guy as a resource too.

I personally haven’t done a 70.3 but run and ride with a guy that does. My big take away is: it ultimately just takes volume training wise. Slowly but specifically build up your bike and run.

Swim is probably ok as a couple time a week. For my oly and sprint tris, I always treated the swim as active recovery time from all the running and cycling I was doing.
