Not a great passing team, and not great at receiving serve, which hurt with the first point. But they were exceptional at everything else. Just that those two issues prevented them from getting in system enough to get flow. And Hawaii was great at those two things, got in system, and then made BYU pay.

Same issues as 2019 really. BYU needs to figure out how to keep their strengths while really improving those 2 weak spots. If they do, they will dominate.
