DC can’t get any worse than they already are so they have nothing to lose.
Their run has been supremely disappointing and marked by a strong sense of studio oversight looking to save production $$ and cash in on big names and familiar characters.
MCU has its drawbacks but at least they make decent movies. JJ won’t hurt the DC brand.
