technology that far exceeds anything we possess? Would it scare you if an adversary had made a technological leap that essentially left us defenseless? That made our fighters, bombers, submarines, warships, satellite network, and nuclear arsenal obsolete? What if Chine or Russia could nearly instantaneously disable all our defenses and park nuclear warheads over our cities and military facilities without us being able to stop them?

How would you react if you knew the Navy and Department of Defense have already acknowledged the existence of non-US technology that has a revolutionary propulsion system that seemingly defies gravity? That is capable of instantaneous acceleration? That appears to only be observable at certain times, when it wants to be observable? That is capable of speeds an maneuvers that seem impossible to our engineers and physicists? And craft that apparently can operate in space, the earths atmosphere, and under water?

To me, this seems like a massive story, and a failure of our military and intelligence. How have we allowed an adversary to so significantly outpace us?
