Based on comparable sales my home is undervalued by $200k+ on Zillow
It just cant keep up with the market right now. Having said that, Zillow has never been the most accurate way to estimate the value of real estate. Even when the market is in normal conditions, it's undervalued my home by $30k - $100k.
