As long as there's sugar pork involved, I'm good with either Cafe Rio or Costa
Vida. As for grilled steak? Costa Vida's steak beats the socks off Cafe Rio's. Costa Vida's steak marinade has SW seasonings in it....Cafe Rio? It's more a honey/soy marinade. Not too much honey and soy in the SW....unless you're talking about SW Japan or China.
