Dupont Circle in DC to M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore?

So far my options are:

1. Take an Uber/Lyft which will cost approx. $200 round trip
2. Rent a car, drive it to somewhere near Baltimore, park it, then take an Uber to the stadium and back - approx. $40
3. Rent a car, park at M&T Bank Stadium. Not sure how much that would cost. $35 maybe more?
4. Are there any good public transportation options?
