chowder. So glad the recipe got out to the public and to me before the restaurant closed. I wince every time I add that quart of cream to the mix though. I've had Legal Seafood's clam chowder in Boston but I prefer the Bratten's recipe. Now if I only had a reliable source of San Francisco sourdough bread I'd be satisfied.
