If Clippers win and Portland wins, Clippers get the #3 seed. If Jazz win, they get #1 seed. If Lakers win play in game
and get the #7 seed. That means #1 vs #8 in first round. Then in second round if Jazz advance they get the winner of #4 and #5. Clippers in first round would get #6 seed. If they win, then the next round they get the winner of #2 and #7.
