Everything but the bagel flavored pita chips. From scratch.
They turned out really good.
3 c. Flour
1 t. Salt
1 t. Sugar
1/4 c. Olive oil
1 c. Water
Mix in a stand mixer.
Add more water by the tablespoon to get any extra flour to incorporate.
Roll to 1/8"
Brush with water and sprinkle with desired seasoning.
Poke with a fork all over.
Bake at 450⁰, 6 minutes on bottom third, and ~6 minutes on top third of oven.
They're done when they have browned on top.
Allow to cool to crisp up.
