I still woke up at 5:00 this morning ... and probably will continue....
I woke up between 5:00 and 5:30 all during COVID when I didn't have to for seminary.... and ingrained habit as you put it ...
BUT, I didn't have encourage a teenager to get up TOO ... that was nice....
My dad STILL wakes up early every morning .. probably 30 years after the last kid he had to wake up....
