My skeptical reaction was maybe it was real but instead of a tweet he wrote a

letter and by doing so was hoping for empathy and an invite. Which if I was pranked like that I’d try to milk it too.

It would be gutsy to make up the entire thing...because if the falcons come out and say this never happened it would be super awkward
