Dr office major pet peeve:
Sign that says “if you arrive more than 10 minutes late you’ll be asked to reschedule.”
Meanwhile, I sit in various waiting rooms for 45+ mins almost every dang time.
Might as well say: “Our time is really important; yours, not so much. Thanks!”
