You know it is not this simple. I eat much, much worse than brother and am not active. He gains weight
much easier that I do. It took me 8 years of eating terribly through college and law school to gain about 40 pounds. My brother lost a bunch of weight and gained it back while eating healthier than me. The biggest factor determining your weight is genetics. I got lucky, my brother did not. My buddy eats even worse than me (like two combo meals at a fast food place bad) and literally cannot gain weight. Eating right and exercising will help anyone lose weight, but when I am good, I lose 1.5-2 pounds a week. My brother is even stricter than me and it goes much slower for him.

If this works, this could be a real breakthrough for a lot of people who put in much more effort than others but get less results though no fault of their own.
