The Dell computer that runs my business software just started making a terrible noise. I pushed on every door and loose panel and it's not a case vibration, it sounds like the hard drive is starting to go. I've shut it down for the night so I might have some life in it left tomorrow, but I don't even know who you call for something like this.

I suppose I can get another computer at Costco or something, but I'm at a loss as to how to get it all set back up and operating the business software the way it has been for the last 10 years non-stop 24/7. It's a PC, and I use Macs.

Where do I start?
