There are some canned hunts out there - big game on small parcels of land where you're guaranteed to shoot your animal - that have absolutely no appeal to me. At the same time - hunting birds at a pheasant farm, where they've been planted so that I know there will actually be something to shoot at, doesn't bother me at all.
I think my post came off as a bit more accusatory or confrontational than I intended. I just think it's interesting to see how people process things and come to the conclusions they come to.
I'm not sure I have a strong opinion on using dogs to hunt simply because I've never done it and have no idea how hard or easy it is, etc.
