Does it bother anyone else that BlackRock etc are purchasing residential homes?
I've brought this up before but it's starting to catch more traction in the news these days.

I doubt the Boomers on the board really care because they will be retired or dead by the time the effects really become evident, but many millennials and younger generations are going to be permanently renting because homeowners are selling their properties to large hedge funds because they pay more.

Dangerous trend happening. I'm not even sure how this is legal but it's not my area of expertise either.
