If you want to have those arguments, that’s fine. Some people like self deprecation. But it’s exactly the opposite of what is valid about the OP.
Again, your self-loathing argument that BYU hasn’t had a real or “outright” win over Utah since 1996 is what it is, but it’s a totally different argument than the true idea here that trying to qualify the relative value of wins and losses is meaningless to this streak and is a needless discussion that should be avoided.
