I've talked to several non-Cougarboard fans recently about this subject, and every single one I've talked to hates Independence. If we lose a game, it's over. No conference championship, no good bowl games, no real important games from there. We can cheer for the kids and the brand and whatever, yay, ra ra, but no real championships or paths to any legitimate relevance.

If the CFP actually changes, I could possibly change my tune. But for now, as it stands, it has been the absolute worst.
