The bowl culture is overblown. It’s now NY6 and then no more than another 3 weeks of practices and a game to prepare for next year. Important for the development but not and end in and of itself.

Not really. BYU is always going to go to a bowl, and outside the NY6 bowls, one is no better than another these days.
