CFP TV contract names the 10 FBS conferences as partners.

Is schools left existing conference to create a new one, they would be left out of CFP distribution and that guarantees $1M to each G5.

Not really. BYU is always going to go to a bowl, and outside the NY6 bowls, one is no better than another these days.
