Cameras/VRBO thread got me thinking, when looking at homes to buy, don't say
much near the front door if there's a Ring doorbell camera or similar.

I sold a home for a client recently and she would update me on everything the buyers and agent would say as they entered and exited the house. She seemed to develop some negative feelings towards some of these people based on their comments. I encouraged her to not watch/listen, but the attraction was too much.

I assume every home I show can see and hear us now, and advise my clients to hold their comments until we're out at the street. Regular questions are fine, but assume the sellers can see and hear you before you speak.
