I actually edited to remove suggesting WCC (sorry for that).
But I do think the WCC might be interested in keeping an affiliation. I bet a basketball scheduling agreement with SDSU and BYU would be interesting to them and I imagine BYU is an above average member (with above average environment) for most other sports anyways.
