tell me they feel like I'm one of the few people they work with who cares about who they are because I am interested in their lives. Compliments seem to be especially appreciated by women no matter what age or circumstance. I don't talk about bodies, leer or anything remotely like that. I don't make it weird I just say something like "cool shirt", I like your shoes, did you do something to your hair-- looks good. The real trick is to do this for everyone, dudes too and then no one will ever think you are being inappropriate. If you are only doing it for the beautiful 21 year old then you are a creepster and you probably shouldn't be doing it at all.
