It's honestly pretty amazing that the Jazz and Suns have met so rarely in the playoffs despite their respective runs over the years.

But now, at long last (and remarkably for the Suns given the past decade) both teams have young superstar talent and good surrounding talent, so hopefully if the WCF includes both teams and players stay healthy, this becomes a regular thing. As a Suns fan, I have to admit many of the Jazz players seem like genuinely likeable dudes. I would not say the same thing about all of the Suns players if they were on a different team. But at their best, both teams play the kind of basketball I like to watch: solid defense, crisp passing, scoring at all three levels. They just seem like they're having fun.

Here's to hoping this happens more often, especially if it means teams in CA and TX continue losing.
