I think Donovan might have an injury that will require surgery. I don’t think it’s just a sprained ankle anymore.

Tonight he was not only extremely vague about the details of the injury, but he briefly spoke about the concept of being ok playing through pain as long as there is no risk of “making it worse”.

That “make it worse” stuff is talk that seems to come up often when there may be a future surgery involved. Add the secrecy to that and I’m ... worried ...
