accident in American Fork had 'timed out'. The problem is I never reported it to my insurance because neither car was issued a ticket. He continued around and came back from making the U turn and hit my right rear while still talking on the phone about a quick golf date he would now be slow getting to. If I hadn't hit the gas he would have hit my door. The Lehi cop knew him, said neither was at fault and didn't issue either of us a ticket.
