ENT is the wrong option if you have dysphagia/odynophagia. You need to see a gastroenterologist and have endoscopy.
The most common reason for food impactions (food getting stuck, having to either drink lots of liquid to get it to pass into your stomach vs vomit) in an otherwise healthy young person is eosinophilic esophagitis.

Stay on omeprazole 20mg twice daily until you see GI. If they do endoscopy and biopsies show high eosinophils while on PPI therapy, the diagnosis is secure. Treatment is easy, but you need to know the diagnosis before committing to treatment.
