Had an inconclusive EGD last time (no obvious issues).
Barium may not be a bad idea, if it can help with a definitive diagnosis. I imagine it's not pleasant, but I'd really like to know if the higher dosage of PPI is really necessary. Being on a drug long term comes with its own set of risks.

ENT is the wrong option if you have dysphagia/odynophagia. You need to see a gastroenterologist and have endoscopy.
